WINTER PARK AUTO REPAIR

I honestly wanted to like this repair shop. I took my car in on February 8, 2023 for a coolant leak. My car was taken in immediately, and I got a call the following day informing me that the repair was complete. I noticed within days of the repair the leak continued. I called the shop owner and he advised me to fill the fluid and drop the car off. I did that. After keeping my car the second time he told me that there was a hose leaking and he would fix it. I was without my car over the weekend and he called me the following Monday indicating the repair was complete. So, when I picked the car up at that time I noticed the coolant low warning light was on, I advised the shop immediately. He tried to reset the code and was unsuccessful, I was then advised there may be a faulty sensor. I can’t afford to be without my car any longer, it’s been about one month since I initially dropped my car off and the coolant issue is still unresolved. I’ve had to take Lyfts back and forth while working with the shop to fix my car. I’ve lost confidence in the repair quality. This review is submitted to explain my individual experience, it may help others decide how to proceed with doing business with the repair facility. I have a 2013 Range Rover Sport HSE.

I really appreciate there help and going the last mile , no one ever wants to spend money on fixing vehicles , but I always feel like I got my money's worth and pleased with the way my vehicles run after repairs, and their honesty(trust)

I had a difficult alarm and door entry problem which a dealership failed to correct. A national brand repair shop also failed and could not accurately diagnose the cause. Both entities simply represented that their computer systems did not reveal a diagnostic solution. Jerzy Kutyla took an enlightened approach and disassembled the door wiring and was able to identify the needed repair of the door latch and the keyless entry door module . Auto Master Repair not only repaired what the others failed to do. Beyond their outstanding performance , I felt a sense of comfortable reliance that I was in good hands. I highly recommend them and express my satisfaction with their achieved results.
