Auto Master is always an honest and reliable shop. Recently, I had a rattling noise that was very disconcerting. I initially stopped at a Firestone to have the tire checked out, and to make sure it was safe to drive. Firestone gave me a printed quote for $760 to make all the necessary repairs. I called Auto Master because they had just replaced my shocks and struts, and they were under warranty. Well, they fixed my car for free, and now it drives as it should. I showed them the quote from Firestone, and they laughed because I am not the only customer who has been swindled by this company. I trust Auto Master to be honest about what repairs I need every time. I recommend this shop 100%!

As always, I received an explanation of the labor and materials required for the repair before the work began and excellent mechanical service. Chris is a fine addition at Auto Master. His ability to communicate with the customer and handle the front of the house while Jerzy competently addresses the repairs with less interruptions is better for all parties. Well done!
