As usual Jerry and Vladimir were awesome. My transmission went out on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe and I was in a desperate situation since I was getting ready to go out of town on a business trip. Needless to say, while I was out of town, they were able to not only repair my transmission bit deliver my Tahoe to my house. It was waiting on me and not the other way around. I live 45 minutes plus away but that was never an issue for them. This is why I drive so far to have them maintain my vehicles. I have been using Auto Master for over 11 years and I have no intention to go elsewhere.

This is the only auto repair shop I'll go to in the Orlando area. Jerzy and his crew always give quality work, fair prices, and have helped me out in an emergency more than once. Could not recommend enough.

Jerzy and his team do great work and are pleasant to deal with. But, first and foremost, Jerzy by all accounts is an honest mechanic. He is a rare breed and I appreciate everything he has done to keep my 18 yr old BMW purring.

Scheduled An Appointment For 10/15/2021 . I Brung my vehicle in To Get Diagnostics check to see what need to be repaired the mechanic told me that my suspensions & Control Arms Are Bad . Ok Fast Forward 2 Weeks Later my car Sitting In The Same Place So I called the repair shop to see what’s going on he say the still didn’t process my claim he said he spoke to different people that’s been giving him a hard time . So I took it upon my self to call my warranty and see what’s going on , the warranty people say nobody hasn’t called last call they got from anybody was the one Back in June when I got my transmission fixed . DO NOT BRING YOUR Vehicle HERE They Will Still Your Precious Time Making Me Pay out of pocket for a rental That I Didn’t Need For 2 Weeks Not ONE BUT TWO WEEKS .
