Took an old 2012 for a diagnostic. I had a sound on steering wheel when turning mostly left but also right. 2 othe mechanics couldnt find the problem. Here after the diagnostic, they found some pieces loose, so that seemed it was all. But had to come back the next day caise sound was still there. Mechanic took back the car and finally found the problem, and gave me a temporary fix by disconnecting the main circuit that helps the sound stop. I felt honesty and trust from these people.

★☆☆☆☆ SCAM ALERT — Avoid This Place! Took my Jetta here after the EPC and engine lights came on — the car was barely drivable. They told me the diagnostic would cost $170 and that they’d run full tests to figure out the issue. When I got my car back, their “results” were just a paper saying they ran a compression and leak test (a key to quality is having objective evidence) and found code P0304 (misfire on cylinder 4). They claimed my car had a blown head gasket and even suggested I donate the car to them for a tax write-off. That’s when things started to feel really sketchy. We had a friend from out of town who works on VWs take a look. In less than 10 minutes, he found the real issue — a bad spark plug wire on cylinder 4. He replaced it, and the car instantly ran perfectly with no codes or issues at all. This shop either doesn’t know what they’re doing or was flat-out trying to scam me. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

This was my first time using Service Master for a repair and was very pleased with their service. I have an extended warranty on this car and they did everything involved with getting the work approved and the majority of the repair cost was covered. Thankfully I didn't have to deal with that. I would definitely use them again.

Marja and Vladimir are amazing people to have work on your vehicle. She is sweet and kind and professional. The mechanic Vladimir is whom I recommend. They have great towing recommendations and will check your vehicle the day of and have it done the next day of the part needed for your vehicle, if the part is local and doesn’t have to be ordered. Which mine was for a 2012 Buick enclave starter replacement. Godbless you guys !
