First off I have gone to different business and they are always trying to upcharge me . My old car repair guy moved and I had to find someone new. They were able to fix my car issues with the breaks and other stuff that need replacement for 200-300 less than other shops . The lady in the front is nice , will be coming back for sure .

It’s always such a shame when you have to leave a bad review for a small business, but here we are. Took my car in to see what needed to be done (looking at fluid levels, seeing if it needs an oil change, etc.). This place was referred to me by my own family members, so I had high hopes. They were NOT up front with pricing. They said over the phone prior to taking the car in that they would call us with ANY work that needs to be done. Well the “work” that needed to be put into my car… $766!!!!!!! For a cabin filter, air filter, windshield wipers and a battery?? LOL The dealership was going to do a MULTITUDE of other things for not nearly as much. An oil change, inspect and flush fluids, etc. Obviously, we wanted to go pick up the car and did not want to do any of the work. Well, the we were informed that it was going to cost $170 for the “inspection.” Huh?? My favorite part? They didn’t even check my oil, fluid levels, or any of my major concerns. They just hooked my car up to the computer to see “what needed to be done.” Beyond frustrating because absolutely no where in the shop or was it verbally told to us that it would cost $170 for this said “inspection”. They were going to offer us a discount if we paid in cash. Which we didn’t have on us. All in all, went back and forth with the lady at the desk. She sure was not budging. Walked out the door with $170 down the drain. Cherry on top- when Vladimir first went out to move my car to start the work, I watched him eating a messy sandwich of some sort and then get into my car. 😖 One more bonus!!!! On their website they advertise a “FREE check engine light”. Cool perk if they actually abide by that.

I took my wife’s Mazda in for service because the service light is on. They have advertised free inspection for service light. They quoted us $760 for a battery replacement, cabin filter and window wipers. We decided to pass because it seemed expensive for what was needed. They charged us $170 for looking at the car but they never once told us about any fee. In their store they have a card that says a minimum diagnostic is $69. Maybe next time they will explain this better to their customers. Also I looked up the cost of a new battery, filter and wipers and it’s less than half the cost they quoted us. They also never checked any fluids or anything more than things that I can easily check myself. These people will rip you off stay far away. Plus Autozone will check your battery for free.

I called them up to ask what a transmission oil change on my VW CC would cost. The lady said between 200-300$. I called them up again the day before and asked how much it will cost, the guy told me, that it will be 800$!! I called up the VW Dealership Gunther and asked how much the transmission oil change on my VW CC would cost, they told me, looking up my make and Model through my vin#, that it will be with filter and gasket 410$ ! Beware of their prices!

Helpful and friendly staff. Honest, Excellent Mechanic. They do amazing work. They will tell you exactly what work needs to be performed and explain everything to you. Whether you have an old car, or newer car, "No Problem "! Very happy with their service. I will take my vehicle there to meet all my future vehicle needs.

I came down here for a quick repair before I had to travel next day. I wasn't sure exactly exactly the issue was. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day saving me from having to delay my trip. I only had to wait a couple hours. They didn't even charge me for a small repair. They are amazing!
