Questions about my auto repair were answered. The really nice mechanic took a look at the engine, at the list of problems a former mechanic listed as necessary and he even drove the car. He determined that no repairs are needed at this time and that the car was okay to drive all the way to New York if I wanted to go (which I do not.) He, and the nice receptionist spent at least an hour with me and didn't charge me a penny. I will definitely be using them as my honest, ace mechanic from now on!

I went in for an oil change. My vehicle hadn’t been serviced in quite some time so I asked them to check on any recommended issues for a car with 80K miles. So they changed the oil, transmission and brake fluids. They also “performed a basic safety inspection” When I retrieved the car my bill was $444. That seemed pretty sporty for oil, brake & transmission fluids, plus a new oil filter. Maybe that’s a fair price. But if it is…it wasn’t communicated well at all. Next time I will shop around for pricing. Oh, and to top it off… the next day I discovered one of my brake lights was out. So much for the “Safety Inspection”. Caveat emptor!

Outstanding service! If something is broken, They will fix it. They will not look for other things to fix which is what most service shops try to do. Took my Ram truck to the dealership to change out air compression shocks to traditional shocks. They wanted to charge 4K. Auto masters did the job for 2500. Same exact job.

Their team put a lot of effort in finding exactly what was wrong with my car. Ultimately, they fixed the leak for about half what I was quoted at the dealership and they got it done in a day.
