This was my first time using Service Master for a repair and was very pleased with their service. I have an extended warranty on this car and they did everything involved with getting the work approved and the majority of the repair cost was covered. Thankfully I didn't have to deal with that. I would definitely use them again.

Marja and Vladimir are amazing people to have work on your vehicle. She is sweet and kind and professional. The mechanic Vladimir is whom I recommend. They have great towing recommendations and will check your vehicle the day of and have it done the next day of the part needed for your vehicle, if the part is local and doesn’t have to be ordered. Which mine was for a 2012 Buick enclave starter replacement. Godbless you guys !

Great family own shop! The customer service by Marja is wonderful, she’s always so sweet and helpful! The mechanic is always so professional, his work is impeccable. I can’t recommend enough! They always welcome with the same day service and they always have the parts for my car so the wait is almost nothing! Auto Repair Master LLC truly lives up to their name. My catalytic converter was stolen that morning, and they had my car fixed and ready the very next day. Their kindness, honesty, and quick work turned a stressful situation into something I could breathe through. I’m deeply grateful for their help, they’re the kind of people you can genuinely trust!

Replaced the radiator hose, totally satisfied with service. Drop the car off Tuesday by 4 pm and car was good to go by Friday afternoon. But I think $316 is too much to replace radiator water hose. But again I am from south Florida may be it’s the price you pay for living in Orlando/ winter park.
