WINTER PARK AUTO REPAIR

This is the first time I have been to the new location and as usual the crew at Auto Masters continues to strive to offer the best in both quality and honesty which is sorely lacking in the automotive repair industry. While no one likes to spend money on repairs they make the chore a lot more bearable with their overall service and integrity. I will not only continue to use them but recommend them to all my friends. Well worth the drive from where I live.

Worst place ever. The owner is a crook. He tells you one price and then does the work and charges 3 times the amount. Doesn't give paperwork or an estimate. Absolute trash. I would never refer anyone to this man.

I sent a vehicle to be inspected for a pre-purchase inspection. Charged me no money yet advised me strongly not to buy the vehicle due to multiple issues. After calling me and letting me know, mechanics kindly took it into their hands to call the salesman back to save me the hassle. I recommend 10 out of 10 this shop for this service. I will now be using this shop for my personal mechanic.

Jerry was very helpful in identifying and fixing the problems with my car at a reasonable price. He also explained the issues to me so I understood why certain things were happening and what the solutions would do. I came here after receiving recommendations from the Honda service department, which suggested buying unnecessary and expensive parts. It was nice to have an honest and knowledgable repairman who didn't try to take advantage and overcharge.
